What it is

Post-Construction

Construction dust is not normal dust. It is fine enough to settle on every horizontal surface in the building, work its way into vents and tracks, and come back twice after you think you have cleaned it. It needs the right method and more than one pass.

We handle the final clean after renovations and new builds, so the space can actually be handed over, photographed or moved into.

What's included

Fine dust removal from all surfaces, walls and ceilings
Multiple passes — dust that resettles gets cleaned again
HVAC vent covers and return grilles wiped
Sticker and label residue removed from windows and appliances
Paint specks, caulk and adhesive scraped from glass and fixtures
Inside cabinets, drawers and closets
Windows, frames and tracks detailed
Light fixtures, switches and outlet covers
Bathrooms and kitchen fully cleaned and sanitized
Floors vacuumed with fine-dust filtration, then mopped repeatedly
Leftover debris and packaging removed
Final polish on fixtures, hardware and glass

Heavy debris and construction waste removal is not included — tell us what is left on site and we will advise.
